Adi Putra Silalahi

Adi Putra Silalahi is a skilled Mine Plan Expert at Pamapersada Nusantara since September 2022, recognized as the 3rd Winner of the Quality Control Project at the Innovation Convention of Velocity PAMA KIDE. Adi specializes in creating monthly mine designs that consider various factors to meet production targets. Prior experience includes serving as a Geotechnical Engineer at PT. Pratama Bersama, where optimization of slope angles and safety factor evaluations were key responsibilities. Adi also contributed as a Project Engineer at PT Golden Energy Mines, focusing on health, safety, and environmental initiatives, and completed internships that included a feasibility study for a surface mining project. Furthermore, Adi held laboratory assistant roles at Institut Teknologi Bandung, aiding in statistics education. Adi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2022.
