Elpatra Hadi currently serves as the Section Head of Engineering and Power System Engineer at PT Energia Prima Nusantara (ASTRA Group) since February 2015. Responsibilities include conducting power system studies for transient analysis and protection coordination, troubleshooting for mining coal power plants using ETAP software, and designing solar PV and storage systems with associated grid connection applications. Additionally, Elpatra has been involved in the engineering department at Pamapersada Nusantara since April 2014, focusing on electrical design review, factory acceptance tests, and commissioning for coal-fired power plants and substations. Elpatra holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Energy Management at the University of Indonesia.

PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk, a major distributor of Komatsu heavy equipment in Indonesia. PT Astra International Tbk, the major shareholder of PT United Tractors Tbk, is one of the largest and most respected companies in Indonesia. The embryo of PAMA has commenced since 1974 in form of rental division at PT United Tractors, which engaged in construction project, mining and oil project, land preparation and logging. In 1993 this division changed into an independent company named PT Pamapersada Nusantara. Currently PAMA actively manages numerous coal mines. PAMA has also own some subsidiaries, under the name of PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) and PT Prima Multi Mineral (PMM).
