Gonzalo Mallo

Gonzalo Mallo is an experienced technology and solutions manager, currently serving as the Solution Manager for Exploration & Production (E&P) at Pampa Energia since July 2016, where leadership in digital transformation initiatives has resulted in significant operational expenditures (OPEX) savings of 1 million USD and a 30% increase in profits beyond projections. Prior to Pampa Energia, Gonzalo held the position of Information Technology Manager at PETROBRAS PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA from January 2003 to July 2016, overseeing infrastructure, communications, and security, while achieving over 45% reduction in OPEX through staff development and technical organization. Gonzalo's career also includes roles as Solution Architect at HP, where annual sales exceeded 5 million USD, and Network Management Manager at Telecom Argentina. Gonzalo holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and various engineering degrees, including a postgraduate qualification in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
