Bonani Mzinyathi

Bonani Mzinyathi is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, employee relations, and HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Officer at Pan African Resources PLC, Bonani has previously held various roles at Denel Land Systems, including Manager of Talent Management & Retention, Acting Senior Employee Relations Advisor, and HR Manager. Bonani's career began at the Department of Public Enterprises, where roles included HR Officer and HR Intern. Bonani earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MANCOSA in 2022 and holds a Cum Laude Bachelor of Technology in Labour Relations Management from Tshwane University of Technology, completed in 2019.
