Elaine Bannerman is the Founder & CEO of Pan-African Tech Foundation, where Elaine focuses on providing young African entrepreneurs access to training and mentorship in developing technological innovations. Elaine also supports African governments in implementing emerging technologies. Previously, Elaine worked as a Consultant Barrister at Avery Law LLP, specializing in Derivatives, FinTech, and Fund Structuring in various jurisdictions. With a background in debt/equity financing in Africa, business development, and legal counsel in investment and fund management, Elaine has a wealth of experience in the financial and legal sectors. Additionally, Elaine has a strong educational background, including degrees in Commercial & Corporate Law, Financial Technology, and Chemistry.
