Seth Warsaw

Seth Warsaw, CPA, currently serves as Property Controller at Pan Am Equities, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Seth was the Accountant Manager at Fortis Property Group from August 2013 to February 2020, where significant contributions were made to a company that has acquired and developed over $3 billion in commercial real estate. Previous experience includes positions as Audit Senior Accountant at Berdon LLP from January 2012 to July 2013 and Staff Accountant at Hoberman and Lesser Certified Public Accountants from December 2010 to December 2011. Seth holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo, earned from 2004 to 2008.
