Carlos Roberto Melgar

Carlos Roberto Melgar is an experienced mechanical maintenance supervisor currently serving at Pan American Energy since July 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for equipment in UG-NEUQUEN, as well as planning maintenance execution by specialized teams. Previously, Carlos worked as a SSR Maintenance Supervisor at Pan American Energy, managing the mechanical maintenance of all equipment at both Planta Compresora San Pedrito and Planta Compresora Macueta Norte. Carlos began a career in service mechanics at Finning Argentina S.A. from June 2005 to July 2014, specializing in diagnostics and repairs of industrial engines within the Power Systems sector. Earlier experience includes a role as a mechanic at Taller Integral del Automotor from September 1998 to June 2005, performing vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Carlos holds a degree in Automotores from Escuela Nacional de Educacion Tecnica n° 3, studied from 1990 to 1995, and completed primary education at Instituto Privado San Nicolás, from 1983 to 1989.
