Pablo Agustin Crespo

Pablo Agustin Crespo is an experienced subsurface manager currently leading subsurface studies for unconventional reservoirs at Pan American Energy since May 2019. With a strong background in reservoir engineering, Crespo previously held key roles at Chevron, where responsibilities included senior reservoir engineering for unconventional reservoirs in both Argentina and Houston, focusing on dynamic data acquisition and completion design strategies. Prior to that, Crespo worked at YPF as a reservoir engineer, developing the Vaca Muerta shale oil formation and optimizing well types and completion designs. Additional experience includes a position as a professor assistant at ITBA and participation in Petrobras's corporate young professionals program. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a Master's in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, along with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
