Roberto Luis Mazzarella

Roberto Luis Mazzarella has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the No Conventional Drilling Superintendent at Pan American Energy since August 2013, overseeing a team of over 20 engineers and Rig Supervisors while managing up to five drilling rigs. Previous roles at Pan American Energy include Head of Drilling Engineer GSJ and Senior Drilling Engineer, where responsibilities included drilling program development, pressure and geology analysis, and well design using Landmark Software. With a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, Roberto has also completed field practices at Pan American Energy and TOTAL, gaining hands-on experience in cementing operations and reservoir activities.
