Maria Elena Guirola

Maria Elena Guirola is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology, primarily with the Pan American Health Organization since September 2010, where roles have included Senior Advisor and Unit Chief, IT Senior Advisor, and Acting Director of Information Technology Services. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior System Analyst and System Analyst at the same organization from June 1997 to July 2010, and academic roles as Academic Dean and Professor at Universidad Central "Marta Abreu"​ de Las Villas from September 1985 to September 1995.
