Phil Lail

Phil Lail is the President of Pan American Screw, Inc., serving since 1983. Under Phil Lail's leadership, Pan American Screw encompasses several divisions including Deerwood Fasteners, Sure Drive USA, Co-OP Screw, Atlas Bolt & Screw, and the recently added Western Builders Supply. Prior roles include Vice President of International Sales and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where Phil Lail was instrumental in sales management, territory expansion, and budget planning. Phil Lail's professional background is supported by a degree in Engineering from Western Carolina University.
