With roles ranging from Metallurgist to Vice President, Americo has worked for various mining companies in Latin America, overseeing metallurgical testing, process design, and project management. Delgado holds a Master's degree in Metallurgy Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the National University of Engineering.
