Joadson Alan Abreu de Carvalho

Joadson Alan Abreu de Carvalho is a highly experienced Senior Resource Geologist with a robust background in geological and grade modeling, resource estimation, and technical reporting, currently working at Pan American Silver Corp. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joadson served as a Senior Resource Geologist and Mineral Resource Geologist at Yamana Gold Inc., where responsibilities included modeling, classification, and auditing of mineral resources. Joadson's career began at Largo Resources Ltd. as a Mine Geologist and progressed through various positions in geological exploration and research. Joadson holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Master's in Geostatistics applied to Mineral Resources from USP and an MBA in Project Management. Additionally, Joadson has contributed academically as an assistant professor and gained valuable experience during internships at Petrobras and other educational institutions.
