Wade Ritchie is an experienced consultant and operations specialist in the mining and metallurgical industries, currently serving as a Commissioning and Start-Up Consultant for Pan American Silver Corp. since June 2016. Ritchie has a strong background in plant commissioning, training, and optimization, with prior roles at 911Metallurgy Corp. and WR Comstart Services focusing on process evaluation and plant optimization. Ritchie’s extensive experience includes serving as Mill Superintendent at Yukon Zinc Corporation and various consulting roles across notable companies, including Barrick Gold Corporation and Silver Standard Resources. Ritchie’s foundational education from the BC School of Mines has supplemented a career dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and training personnel in safe and effective plant operations.
