Edward Rzeszowski

Edward Rzeszowski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leading roles within prominent investment firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at Pan Capital Management LP since 2023, Rzeszowski previously held the same title at Cerberus Capital Management from February 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Rzeszowski was the Managing Member at High Tide Advisors, LLC from July 2019 to January 2021 and spent over a decade at BlackRock, where Rzeszowski also served as Managing Director. Rzeszowski began the finance career at Merrill Lynch, holding the position of Director from 1995 to 2006. Educationally, Rzeszowski obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh between 1989 and 1993.
