Helen Hughes

Helen Hughes is a Co-Founder of WIP Space Studios, an artist-run studio located in a Grade II listed Georgian building in Wandsworth, London, where renovation was completed in 2023. Currently serving as a Senior Production Controller at Pan Macmillan, Helen has a diverse background in publishing, previously holding senior production roles at Hachette Children's Group and Faber and Faber. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Publishing from University College London and a Bachelor's degree focusing on Creative Writing, English, and Classics from NUI Galway. Early career experience also includes manuscript reading at Tramp Press and internships at various prestigious organizations, enhancing Helen's expertise in the publishing industry.
