Lucy Strong has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucy started their career in 2011 with an Events Management & Marketing Internship at Burberry, where they gained experience in organizing fashion shows and managing events. Lucy then pursued a Masters in Strategic Fashion Marketing from the London College of Fashion, earning a distinction.
After their studies, Lucy worked as a Marketing Competition winner at Retail Week and as a Strategic Marketer at Vilebrequin. Lucy also had a brief role with Boden and Temperley London, where they presented marketing strategies and ideas.
In 2013, Lucy joined Wellicious as an International Marketing Assistant and later became an International Communications Coordinator. Their responsibilities included press control, press releases, working with external press agencies, and organizing events.
From 2016 to 2020, Lucy worked at TOPSHOP TOPMAN as an International Marketing Co-ordinator and later as an International Marketing Manager. Lucy played a key role in managing international marketing campaigns.
Most recently, Lucy joined Pan-n-Ice Ltd in 2020 as the Head of Marketing, and later became the Marketing Director in December 2021.

Lucy Strong completed their Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Management and Marketing from Solent University from 2009 to 2011. Lucy also completed their A-levels in Fashion, Psychology, Spanish, English Literature, and Critical Thinking at Esher College from 2006 to 2008. Their secondary education took place at Esher Church of England High School, where they achieved 11 GCSEs with grades A-B, including Maths, English, and Science, from 2001 to 2006.
