Adam Zarafshani

Adam Zarafshani serves as the CEO at both TECH 3443 and Panache Development & Construction. In their role, Adam leads and motivates team members to advance engagement and develop high performing teams. Adam also oversees all operation and business activities to ensure desired metrics are met and results are achieved. Adam Zarafshani has been with Panache Development & Construction since January 1993 and with TECH 3443 since March 2017.
