Yasmin Church has over two decades of experience in customer service and organizational leadership, primarily with Panago Pizza since February 2002, where roles include Vice President of People and Planning, Vice President of Customer Care, Director of Customer Contact Centres, Manager of Customer Relationships, and Community Programs/Marketing Coordinator. Prior to this, Yasmin Church worked at BCAA from July 1995 to February 2002 as a Contact Centre Advisor and Trainer, and began a career in the food service industry at McDonald's from October 1993 to September 1996, progressing from Crew Member to Trainer.
