Himanshu Kale has extensive experience in IT operations, currently serving as an IT Operations Engineer at Panamax Inc. since November 2014, where responsibilities include the administration of desktop and laptop systems across the network, management and configuration of LAN and WAN devices, and providing helpdesk support to users. Prior to this role, Himanshu worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Silver Touch Technologies Limited from January 2011 to September 2014, focusing on similar tasks, including the administration of NAS, monthly data backups, and helpdesk support for Tudor India users.
