David Loughner

David Loughner currently serves as the PTS Regional Director for the Americas Region at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since August 2022. With extensive experience at Delta Airlines from 1990 to August 2022, David held several key managerial positions, including Manager of In-Flight Entertainment Reliability, where responsibilities included overseeing the reliability and maintenance of Delta's AVOD and WiFi-equipped aircraft. Additional roles at Delta included Manager of IFE Reliability and Foreman of Quality Control Engine Inspection, where David supervised the Quality Control Inspection team at the powerplant and overhaul facility. David completed an Associate of Specialized Technology degree in Aviation at the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics from 1987 to 1991.
