Roman Valdez

Roman Valdez has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Technician III at Panasonic Avionics Corporation since October 2016. Previously held the positions of IT Technician II and I.T. Help Desk L2 Technician at The GDR Group at Broadcom from October 2007 to February 2016, where responsibilities included desktop support for over 425 workstations and eight labs. Roman also worked as the I.T. Lead Technician at Excel Equity Group in Santa Ana, CA, from January 2006 to June 2007, providing desktop support for 50+ workstations and maintaining all office equipment.
