Divya Prakash Manivannan

Divya Prakash Manivannan is a data scientist currently employed at Panasonic Energy of North America since January 2025. With prior experience as a data scientist at Hack for LA, Divya worked on analyzing affordable housing accessibility for food assistance in Los Angeles County. A former machine learning scientist at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Divya focused on security concerns related to backdoor attacks on machine learning models and achieved a 95% accuracy in out-of-distribution detection. Additionally, Divya served as a graduate teaching assistant at New York University and contributed to the Augmented Library project as a software developer. Divya holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from New York University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing.
