Matthew Hoskins

Matthew Hoskins is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in physical security technology and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Physical Security Technology at Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America since July 2025, Matthew oversees the design, installation, and optimization of security systems, enhancing organizational security by integrating these platforms with IT infrastructure. Prior to Panasonic, Matthew worked at T-Mobile from July 2013 to July 2025 as Manager of Enterprise Security Operations, where responsibilities included managing corporate security applications and ensuring the operational excellence of physical security systems. Matthew has also held various positions at Sprint and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., contributing to a strong foundation in security management. Academically, Matthew holds an MBA from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
