Akshaya Shetty is an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional with a strong background in the lighting products sector. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager at Panasonic since February 2020, Akshaya oversees B2B and B2G sourcing activities for cost-effective solutions. Previously, Akshaya held the position of Sr. Manager - Supply Chain at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, managing nationwide supply chain operations for lighting products. Additional experience includes roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as Manager of Strategic Sourcing, where global sourcing of lighting components was a key responsibility, and as Sr. Executive in both procurement and planning at various organizations.
