Oliver Winchcombe

Oliver Winchcombe is currently the Head of Portfolio Management and ESG at Panattoni UK, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Oliver spent seven years at Workman LLP, where roles included Associate and Senior Surveyor, focusing on property management and consultancy for institutional landlords and investors. Responsibilities at Workman LLP encompassed managing commercial properties, rent and service charge collections, budgeting, health and safety compliance, and ESG initiatives. Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Earth Science from Swansea University.
