Zaymon Calucin

Zaymon Calucin is an experienced geologist currently serving as the Exploration Geology Superintendent at PanAust since October 2018, having transitioned from the Myanmar subsidiary as the company shifts focus to Laos. In this role, Zaymon provides leadership and management of exploration activities aimed at extending the life of mining operations. Prior to this position, Zaymon held several roles within PanAust, including Regional Geology Superintendent and Senior Exploration Geologist, where responsibilities included planning and executing exploration activities in Southeast Asia, particularly in Myanmar and Laos. Zaymon’s earlier experience includes positions as a Junior Exploration Geologist at TVI Resource Development and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Geoscience Foundation Inc., contributing to various geological projects and research initiatives. Zaymon holds a BS in Geology from the University of the Philippines, completed in 2009.
