Marla Persky

Marla Persky is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and legal industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Panavance Therapeutics Inc., Revolo Biotherapeutics, Xeris BioPharma, and YGEIA Group, Marla also chairs the Board at Xeris and holds senior advisory roles at BarkerGilmore LLC and Executive Coaching Connections, LLC. As CEO and President of WOMN LLC, Marla focuses on promoting diversity in the legal profession. Marla's previous leadership experience includes serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Boehringer Ingelheim. Marla holds a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Studies from Northwestern University.
