Darel Adi Putra

Darel Adi Putra possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Operation Section Head at Pancaran Group since December 2013, where oversight of the HR team and daily operations is a core responsibility. Prior to this role, Darel was a Training Supervisor at PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg from April 2008 to May 2012, managing the company's annual training budget. Earlier experience includes a position as Administration Staff at PT. Bussan Auto Finance, focusing on finance reporting from branch operations. Darel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Atmajaya University, complemented by high school education from Fons Vitae I and SMUN 1 Palu.
