Erja Husnul Hadiansyah, M.Si., CPLP, currently serves as the Head of Learning & Culture at Pancaran Group since October 2019, where responsibilities include the development of learning and development strategies to enhance employee careers. Previously, Erja held the role of Senior Trainer at Home Credit Indonesia, focusing on analyzing training needs for management staff. Experience as a Research and Development Officer at Kubik Leadership involved creating soft skill training modules, while earlier positions included Training and Development Officer roles at PT Eka Bogainti and PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk, emphasizing training program implementation and needs analysis. Erja holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.
