Zarina Chinoy

Zarina Chinoy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Panchshil Realty since November 2023. Prior to this role, Zarina held the position of General Counsel for the EPC Division at Shapoorji Pallonji Group from June 2018 to November 2023. As the Founder and Principal of the Law Offices of Zarina Pundole from September 2011 to June 2018, Zarina provided legal counsel for a pre-school campus and served as Of-Counsel to a multinational private equity group. Additional roles include Legal Counsel for Young Leaders Inc., Real Estate Counsel for Prime Communications L.P., Associate at Brewer & Pritchard, and various legal positions focused on private equity and corporate transactions at firms such as Wadia Ghandy & Co. Zarina holds a Master's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Houston Law and an LLB from Government Law College.
