Bas Bastiaans

Bas Bastiaans has extensive experience in software development and media. Currently a front end developer consultant at PanCompany BV since February 2022, Bas previously worked as a DevOps Engineer at ING Nederland from March 2016 to February 2022. Other roles include editorial positions at InsideGamer and Gamer.nl, emphasizing writing reviews, interviews, columns, and articles from 2011 to 2017, as well as serving as a trainee in the ING Top Engineer Program. Bas began a media career as a new media editor at Xi and gained marketing experience as an intern at FOX International Channels Benelux. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Studies specializing in Game Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Cultuur from the same institution. Bas completed secondary education at Odulphus lyceum with a focus on Natuur & Techniek.
