Kawther Abdilleh has a strong background in data science and informatics. They are currently working as the Director of Data Science & Informatics at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network since 2021. Before that, they held the role of Associate Director of Health Data Analytics at the same organization. Prior to joining the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, Kawther worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Lead Bioinformatics Scientist from 2020 to 2021 and as a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist from 2018 to 2020. They also have experience as a Scientific Account Manager at Genedata from 2017 to 2018. Kawther started their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2017.
Kawther Abdilleh completed their education at the University of Maryland, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology in 2014.
