Justin Ray

Justin Ray currently serves as the Director of Data & Engineering at Sellers Dorsey, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Justin was the Director of Business Insights and Applications at Chester's International from January 2023 to September 2025, and previously held the title of Business Intelligence Developer at Protective Life from July 2021 to January 2023. Justin began a career in business intelligence as a Business Intelligence Analyst at PharmaPoint from May 2020 to July 2021. An academic foundation was established at The University of Alabama, where Justin worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2013 to 2019, fostering student engagement in life sciences. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Medical Device Sales Representative at Stryker from 2011 to 2013.
