Meaghan Slater

Meaghan Slater has a diverse work experience in advocacy, grassroots engagement, and government affairs. Meaghan worked at the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network starting in 2016, where they held various positions such as Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director in advocacy and grassroots engagement. In these roles, they focused on creating engagement opportunities, developing grassroots advocacy strategies, and leveraging political developments to grow the organization's network. Prior to that, Meaghan worked at the National Association of Letter Carriers from 2006 to 2016, where they served as a Political Director, Campaign Communications Manager, National Field Director, and Regional Event/Communications Coordinator. In these positions, they were responsible for branding and internal communications strategies, building grassroots networks, managing staff, and conducting trainings.

Meaghan Slater earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America between 2002 and 2006.
