Valerie Liebno

Valerie Liebno, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Panda Exteriors since December 2022, focusing on leading HR initiatives in a rapidly growing roofing and exterior restoration company. Previously, Valerie held roles including Senior HR Consultant at The HR Team and Director of Human Resources at Hope House Treatment Centers, where responsibilities encompassed supervising HR staff, managing compliance with employment laws, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and developing training programs. Additional experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Anne Arundel Dermatology and HR Generalist at The Arc of Howard County. Valerie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Human Services from Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College.
