Sofia GAO

Sofia Gao's work experience begins in 2004 as a Communication Coordinator for the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China. Sofia then worked as a Sales Representative/ Senior Sales Representative for Rui Xing Ji Tuan from 2006 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Career International as a Researcher/Associate Consultant/ Consultant. In 2011, they joined Johnson & Johnson as an Associate HR Manager, and went on to hold several roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Talent Sourcing Lead for China. In 2017, they moved to Meituan-Dianping-Mobike where they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Director and later as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development. In 2019, Sofia Gao founded Panda Health and assumed the role of Founder & CEO.

Sofia Gao pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science in Global Finance from Fordham University, during the period of 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued an International MBA from Peking University and Vlerick Business School from 2016 to 2018.
