Aliona Zayka

Aliona Zayka is a Senior Product Designer at PandaDoc, specializing in product design, user research, and data-driven solutions, with notable contributions including enhancing payment functionalities that generated $10M in revenue and designing an instalments feature that tripled usage within three weeks. Previously, Aliona held a similar role at IDT Corporation, leading the design of web products and a mobile app, and facilitating technical interviews while mentoring a design team. Experience at EPAM Systems involved enhancing the EPAM Anywhere platform, where Aliona designed user flows and prototypes for over 300 pages, significantly improving user satisfaction.
