Alona Zaleska

Alona Zaleska is an accomplished Engineering Manager at PandaDoc since May 2021, overseeing three teams comprising twelve engineers, focusing on talent acquisition and performance enhancement. Previously, Alona held roles such as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Lead Test Analyst at SimCorp, where Alona implemented QA processes and led test strategy development. Other experience includes positions at iDeals™ Solutions Group, HHS Technology Group, and EngagePoint, Inc., where Alona contributed to QA management, testing strategies, and the transition to SCRUM methodologies.
