Maria Gryboiedova

Maria Gryboiedova has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Maria currently holds the position of Director of Talent at PandaDoc since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at PandaDoc as an HR BP Lead from May 2022 to July 2023, and as an HR Business Partner from July 2021 to May 2022. Before joining PandaDoc, from November 2019 to June 2021, Maria served as the Human Resources Manager at RICK.ai and UNCRN.me, where they were responsible for designing and implementing HR processes, providing coaching to strategic management, and developing a training program for soft skills. Maria also has experience at MacPaw Inc., where they served as HR Head from October 2017 to January 2019 and as an HR Generalist from October 2015 to October 2017. Maria has worked as a freelancer/HR-Maverick as an IT Recruiter, mentoring other recruiters, from December 2013 to November 2016. Additionally, Maria worked as an HR Generalist at Keen Systems, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2015, where they were involved in various HR processes, recruitment, and office management. Maria started their career as an IT Recruiter at IT Staff in July 2013.

Maria Gryboiedova has a MSc in Clinical Psychology from the Kyiv Institute of Modern Psychology and Psychotherapy, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the School of Organizational Coaching in Kyiv from 2018 to 2019, focusing on life coaching and health coaching. In 2018, Maria also completed a program at U-Integral on leadership and organizational evolution, with a focus on integral theory. In 2016 to 2017, they attended the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, specializing in excellence in people management and effective HR systems. Maria holds a master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Kyiv National Economics University named after Vadym Hetman, which they earned from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have pursued further education in nonviolent communication through Empatia.pro.
