Pete Castro

Pete Castro has a diverse work experience in the field of product management. Pete is currently working as a Director of Product Management at PandaDoc since 2023. Prior to this, Pete held various roles at Conga starting from 2012. Pete'smost recent position at Conga was Senior Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for product management, specifically in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), AI, and Platform. Pete successfully oversaw the CLM product line and achieved business objectives and goals through team management. Pete also has experience as a Senior Product Manager and Product Owner, where they played a key role in launching new products and prioritizing product backlogs for agile software development teams. Before joining Conga, Pete worked as a QA Manager and Senior Business Analyst at different organizations. Pete began their career as a Retail Customer Service representative at Wells Fargo.

Pete Castro holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Pete also has additional certifications as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Six (PMC-VI) from Pragmatic Marketing and as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and a Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer from Salesforce.
