Holly Shepherd, PMP, is an experienced leader in data management and delivery with a significant track record in various roles across multiple organizations. At Pandata Group, Holly served as Director of Delivery, achieving impressive sales growth by leading the US Delivery team and creating innovative service strategies. Formerly, as a Business Data Analyst Manager at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, Holly established the first Data Science Practice and successfully deployed predictive models. Holly’s earlier experiences include roles as Product Owner and Product Manager, showcasing strong capabilities in Agile development and team management. Holly holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Management from Edgewood College.
