Dante Winters has a diverse and extensive work history in the field of GIS and software quality assurance. Dante started their career as an Information Technology Student Technician at Texas A&M University from June 2011 to May 2013. Dante then moved on to work as a GIS Analyst - LandWorks Contractor for various companies including Hess Corporation, California Resources Corporation, and Apache Corporation from November 2013 to July 2015. During this time, they were responsible for analyzing and mapping land agreements, managing oil and gas leases, and utilizing land management software.

In 2013, they joined LandWorks, Inc. as a GIS Analyst / GIS Team Lead, providing land asset management and GIS solutions to clients across industries such as oil and gas, mining, utilities, and telecommunications. Dante also worked off-site for clients such as Hess Corporation, CRC, and Apache Corporation. From July 2015 to January 2021, they served as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at LandWorks, where they developed test plans, executed test scripts, and reported software quality issues.

In 2018, Dante Winters joined Pandell as a Software QA Analyst / Implementation Specialist. In this role, they collaborated with the development team to plan activities, verify functionality in product deliverables, and identify and report bugs. Dante then progressed to the role of Business Analyst, where they administered ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise and managed GIS network and peripheral hardware. Currently, they serve as a Product Lead at Pandell, where they coordinate with development teams and product leads to deliver new GIS features throughout the product life cycle.

Throughout their work experience, Dante Winters has demonstrated strong technical skills, effective project management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.

Dante Winters completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geography from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2016, they obtained the CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) certification from the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board).
