Diego Puga Ortigoza has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and project management. Diego started their career at Tecsidel in 2004, where they worked as an Analyst-Programmer on various web projects. Diego then moved to SGMI and developed a real estate website focused on Geomarketing. Afterward, they joined Gedas as an Analyst-Programmer.
In 2006, Diego joined Anuntis Segundamano as an Analyst-Programmer and was responsible for analyzing and programming Latin American websites. Diego gradually took on management roles within the company, becoming an IT Project Manager and leading projects such as CRM optimization and the creation of a website for professional client management.
Diego then joined Divestco Inc. in 2014 as a Senior Web Software Developer, before moving on to Pandell in 2015. At Pandell, they initially worked as a Senior Software Developer, taking on a hybrid role as a Full Stack Developer and supporting the Product Lead in analyzing requirements and designing screens. Currently, Diego is a Business Analyst and Technical Lead for Pandell Projects, responsible for delivering well-written code and ensuring high standards are met.

Diego Puga Ortigoza completed their education at three different institutions. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Institución Cervantes, where they obtained a degree in Analista en Sistemas de Información. Following this, in 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from EUDE (Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa). In 2011, Diego briefly attended Megatraining to complete a course called PMP Express.
