Albert Silva

Albert Silva is the current head of transportation at Pandion. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at J.W. Logistics, LLC from January 2014 to December 2021. Albert also has experience as a Target Information Officer with the United States Marine Corps from June 2007 to November 2013.

Albert Silva is a highly decorated Marine Corps veteran, having served as an Artillery Officer for over six years. During their time in the Marines, Albert was responsible for the logistical support, maintenance support, and accountability of unit assets totaling over five million dollars. Albert was also assigned as Position Commander at a remote firebase in Afghanistan for seven months, where they led a team of 75 personnel.

Albert's exceptional leadership skills and contributions to missions have earned him several awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Albert has also been hand-selected for Headquarters Battery Commander, a position normally reserved for officers with 2-3 years more experience.

Since joining J.W. Logistics, LLC, Albert has developed and implemented a comprehensive training plan that has increased operational readiness from 0% to 100% in eight months. Albert has also been instrumental in developing partnerships with other businesses, which has helped to increase J.W. Logistics' client base and profits.

Albert Silva's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
