Anay Mashruwala

Anay Mashruwala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, mentorship, and innovation. Currently serving as a Co Creation Partner at House of Starts since January 2025, Anay provides comprehensive support to aspiring entrepreneurs. In parallel roles as a Cohort Mentor for Startups curated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh and for the IMPunjab initiative under the Wadhwani Foundation, Anay focuses on training startups for effective business interactions with government entities. As Director & CEO of Venus Engineering Works since July 2018, Anay has directed marketing and operational strategies, while also holding the position of Head Coach at the Innovation & Incubation Center of Pandit Deendayal Energy University, emphasizing value creation for incubatees. Anay’s academic background includes an LLB from C U Shah Law College, an MBA in Family Business Entrepreneurship from Nirma University, and ongoing PhD studies at Gujarat Technological University. Anay's diverse experiences span various prestigious institutions, including IIM Ahmedabad and IITs, where Anay serves as a visiting faculty member specializing in innovation and entrepreneurship.
