Cristina Flaschen

Cristina Flaschen has over 15 years of professional experience in the software and technology industry. Cristina began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Castle Branch, Inc. In 2006 they moved to Sanberg and Sikorski as Senior Project Manager, responsible for the multi-million dollar implementation project of the ERP Dynamics AX v. 3.0. In 2008, they joined Arbela Technologies as a Dynamics AX Consultant, specializing in trade & logistics and sales order management. Cristina also managed multi-national site implementation, including sites in China, India and Europe. In 2012, they became Manager- Implementation at Booker Software. In 2014, they were hired as Director of Professional Services at Handshake Corp. In 2017, they founded Greenwood Tech, a full-cycle software development consultancy focused on creating system integration solutions for startups and growth-stage companies. Greenwood Tech later became Pandium, where they currently serve as CEO and Founder.

Cristina Flaschen holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Cristina also has certifications in Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 Production and Microsoft Dynamics AX v4 Trade and Logistics.
