Shubh Maheshwari

Shubh Maheshwari has had a diverse range of work experiences. Shubh currently holds the role of Community & Marketing Lead at Pandora Finance, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns. Shubh also serves as the Community Growth Lead, focusing on partnership and community onboarding. Shubh has implemented and optimized marketing automation workflows, resulting in a significant increase in lead-to-community conversion rate. Shubh is also involved in running Web3 campaigns and contributing to the formation of DAOs.

Prior to their current role, Shubh worked as a Community builder at NEAR Foundation. Shubh has also served as a Community Lead and Community Support Specialist at MetaLife Social, where they played an integral role in supporting and leading community initiatives. Additionally, Shubh worked as a Community Moderator on Reddit for Mintbase.

Before venturing into community management roles, Shubh gained experience in motion graphics and digital marketing. Shubh worked as a Motion Graphic Designer at BP Wealth Pvt Ltd and as a Motion Graphics artist at DG Box Office. Shubh also served as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Tute Education Limited.

Shubh's earlier experience includes working as a B2B Marketing Intern at Thoughtwaves Learning.

From 2017 to 2018, Shubh Maheshwari attended Durgadevi Saraf Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
