Anne Sofie Trier Hylgaard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Director of People Strategy & Transformation at Pandora since August 2025. Previously, Anne Sofie worked as a Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant at PA Consulting from September 2016 to September 2025, leading strategic and tech-driven transformations. In addition to consulting roles, Anne Sofie has academic experience as a teacher in Behavioral Economics at Copenhagen Business School and has held positions as a Business Analyst at Implement Consulting Group.
