Byron Clayton

Byron Clayton holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership & Strategy from London Business School and has extensive experience in human resources and sustainability. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Sustainability & Communications at Pandora, Byron also holds the position of Board Vice President at The American Club in Copenhagen. Previous roles include Deputy Chief People Officer - Group People & Culture at IKEA and Partner, Global HR Leader for Mercer Digital, Technology & Services at Mercer. In 2017, Byron completed a Sloan Fellowship at London Business School and furthered education at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in late 2022.
